General Terms and Conditions of Hands On Massage, Practice for Massage and Massage Therapy

  1. Scope

    These terms and conditions apply to all agreements for examination and treatment.

  2. Amendments

    Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if explicitly agreed upon in writing.

  3. Payment Terms

    Invoices must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date by bank transfer to the practice's bank account.

  4. Cancellation Policy

    If you cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the consultation or intake session will be charged.

  5. Right to Advance Payment

    The practice reserves the right to require advance payment or security.

  6. Default

    In case of non-timely payment, the client is automatically in default on the date the invoice becomes payable.

  7. Collection Costs

    Extrajudicial collection costs amount to 15% of the outstanding amount with a minimum of €40.

  8. Rate Adjustments

    The practice reserves the right to modify the rates applied.

  9. Payability in Case of Default

    In case of non-compliance with payment obligations, all outstanding amounts become immediately payable.

  10. Applicable Law

    Dutch law applies to all agreements.

  11. Set-off

    The client waives the right to set off any claims against the practice.
