How to Proceed with Complaints?
Hands On Massage strives for high-quality care and satisfied clients. However, it may sometimes occur that a consultation does not meet your expectations. In that case, it is important to discuss this.
Step 1: Direct Contact with the Practice
The first step when dissatisfied is to contact the therapist. Often, misunderstandings or complaints can be resolved in an open conversation. You can contact us by phone or email for this purpose.
Step 2: Filing a Complaint with the Professional Association
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the conversation, or if you prefer independent assistance, you can file a complaint with the complaints officer of the LVNT (Dutch Association of Natural Medicine Practitioners and Therapists).
The LVNT offers mediation between client and therapist to reach a solution. You can find the complaint form on the LVNT website.
Step 3: Independent Dispute Resolution Body
If mediation through the LVNT does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you can submit your complaint to an independent dispute resolution body recognized by the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport.
Hands On Massage is affiliated with SCAG (Foundation for Complaints and Disputes in Healthcare), an independent committee that handles disputes between clients and healthcare providers.
Important
Certain time limits and conditions apply to all complaint procedures. For more information, contact the relevant institution or consult their website.
